Anyone able to tell me how to get SCCM to boot a PC into Safe Mode? I need
to boot to safe mode/cmd prompt to do a virus scan on many PCs. Sure would
like to automate this if possible.

ConfigMgr can't do this on its own. You will need to script this.

Basically you need to edit the Boot.ini to force it into safe mode.

Here is how to do it within the GUI from these articles, you should be able
to script it.
